A towing website builder that also runs your jobs

The short answer
TowSitePros builds a towing website for you from a short setup: your services, the towns you cover, your phone number and your colors. Every page has tap-to-call, and the request form creates a real job in your dispatch queue instead of an email you have to retype.
What does a towing website builder do for a tow company?
A towing website builder gives a tow company a working website without hiring a designer: the pages a stranded driver needs, your phone number one tap away, and a way to ask for a truck online. With TowSitePros you answer a short set of setup questions and the site is built from your answers.
The setup walks through your business basics, the services you run, the towns you cover, your fleet, your colors and the address your site will live at. You also pick a design. The designs are made for towing work, from a bold dark layout built for a 2 a.m. roadside search to a bright, friendly one for roadside and family-run shops.
- Home, services, service area, about and contact pages
- A request-service page and an appointment booking page
- A reviews page that shows the reviews you approve
- A photo gallery for your trucks and finished work, on the About page
- Tap-to-call on every page
How is this different from a general website builder?
The difference is that the site is wired into the rest of the shop. A general builder gives you pages and a contact form that sends an email. Here the request form creates a job in your dispatch queue, with the customer, the vehicle, the pickup and the service type already filled in, and the person who filled it in gets a private page to follow the job.
Each site is also structured so Google and AI search engines can read what you do: your business details, your services, your service area and your questions and answers are marked up in a form search tools understand, and every site has its own sitemap and robots file. That helps search tools understand you. It does not decide where you appear, and nobody can honestly promise that.
What can you change after the site is built?
You can change everything you typed in setup from the dashboard, without a developer. Page content is edited through simple forms, one for each page, and your branding, services and photos each have their own screen.
Services are managed one at a time, and each one gets its own page. A starting price is optional and only shows on your site if you switch it on for that service, so you can keep quoting every job if you prefer.
- Logo, colors and business details under Branding
- Each service with its own description, page and optional starting price
- A photo gallery you can upload and arrange
- Publish when you are ready, or take the site down again
What happens to the addresses on my old website?
You can send each old address to the right page on the new site, so people and search engines that still ask for the old one do not land on a Not found page. Add them one at a time, or paste a list with one redirect per line.
You choose whether each one is a permanent or a temporary redirect. If you are moving from a site that already has customers finding it, this is the step that keeps them from hitting a dead end.
What does the website builder not do?
It is not a drag-and-drop page designer, and it makes no promise about search placement. You edit through forms, and the design is one of a few made for towing, which is what keeps setup short.
There is no online shop or card checkout on the site. Customers pay through the pay-online link you paste into your settings, and the money never touches TowSitePros. Where you appear in search results depends on many things outside any builder, including your reviews, your business listings and how many other towing companies cover your area.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to know how to build websites?
No. You answer setup questions in plain language, the site is built from them, and you edit content through forms. There is no code to touch and no template files to manage.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes. You add the DNS records the Domains screen shows you at your domain provider, then verify it there. Your domain stays yours, and it goes with you if you ever leave. The custom domain page has the details.
What happens when someone fills in the request form?
It becomes a job in your dashboard and on the dispatch board, and you get an email. The customer gets a link to a private tracking page, and texts go out only if texting is switched on and the customer agreed to them.
Can I show prices on my towing website?
Only if you choose to. Each service can carry an optional starting price with a short note about what it covers. Leave it off and the page shows no price for that service.
