See what your customer sees
The tracking page, running through a job. Tap a step to jump to it.
A link, not an app
The moment a job is logged, TowSitePros texts the customer a private link. Nothing to install, no password, no account. It works on any phone and opens straight to their job, then keeps answering the only question they have: where is my truck?
This is a simulation
A real tracking page belongs to a real job, so we cannot show you somebody else's. This runs the same steps, the same texts and the same map the shipped page uses, with a made-up job. The real one carries your company name, your colours, your phone number, and your truck on the map.
- The truck on a map
- The customer watches the truck move and sees the arrival time you set, plus an estimate that says how it was worked out once they share their location. When the driver phone goes quiet, the page says the position is a few minutes old rather than pretending.
- A text at every step
- Request received, truck assigned, on the way, arrived, complete. Each one is a text and a change on the page, so nobody has to ring dispatch for an update.
- Cancel, and say why
- Until the truck is on scene the customer can cancel from the page and give a reason. Dispatch is told at once and the reason lands on the job.
- Receipt, then rating
- At the end the page becomes the receipt: what was done, what it cost, which unit. One tap to rate the service, and every customer who rates is invited to your Google review link once you have added it.

The text that went out
Acme Towing: We got your flatbed request for I-40 exit 214. Follow your truck here: acme.tow/track/…
Simulation of the real page. Your name, your colours, your number.
Why you cannot be shown a real one
The link is the only key to a customer's page. It is never indexed, it expires after 30 days, and the shop can revoke it. It never shows your notes, the driver's number, or anybody else's job, and texts stop the moment the customer replies STOP. That is the point of it, and it is why this page is a simulation rather than a screenshot of somebody's tow.
