What is not in there, so nobody finds out after they have paid

No card processing: you paste your own pay-online link and the customer pays there, so the money and the fees never touch us. A quote is information for the customer, not an invoice. Texts need a texting provider (the platform's, or your own GoHighLevel number) and your confirmation that the consent is yours. We do not do motor-club digital dispatch, impound and lien processing, or private-property patrol at all.

Pricing questions, answered straight

What do I actually get for $99 a month?
The website that produces the call, hosted on your own domain, and the software that runs the job it produces: every job in one place, quotes and arrival times, the dispatch board, the driver's job link by text, the live truck map, automatic customer texts, a private tracking page with receipt and rating, reports and export, the API and webhooks, and the operator dashboard. Users and drivers are unlimited.
Do you charge per user, per driver or per truck?
No. The price is per site. Add every dispatcher and every driver you have for the same money, and add another one at 2 a.m. without it costing you anything.
Do I have to put a card in to start the trial?
Yes. The card is set up when you start so the account keeps running when the trial ends, nothing is charged during the 7 days, and cancelling before the trial is over costs you nothing.
Is $99 a month worth it for a towing company?
Do the arithmetic against your own rates: one private-pay tow typically covers the month. If the website brings in a single extra call, it has paid for itself, and everything after that is growth.
Are there any setup fees?
No. There is no setup fee, no onboarding fee and no charge to connect your domain. You pay the monthly subscription and nothing else.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. There is no contract and no cancellation fee. Cancel from your account settings whenever you like.
Do I keep my domain and content if I cancel?
Yes. Your domain and your content are yours, full stop. If you leave, you take them with you and we will never hold your website hostage.
Is there annual billing?
Not yet. There is one plan and one price: $99 a month, no contract, cancel any time. An annual option is planned but is not available today.
Can the price go up on me?
The price you sign up at is the price your subscription keeps for as long as it stays active. If we ever change what a new customer pays, that is for new customers.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, meaning Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, through our payment processor.
When will the Growth tier be available?
Growth is not open yet, and we will not take money for it until it is. When it opens it adds multiple yards and service areas, deeper reporting and custom integrations on top of everything in Starter, which already includes a page for every service and every town. Start on Starter today and we will tell you when it opens.
