No. When you assign a job, the driver gets a text with a link to that job: the customer, the vehicle, the pickup, one-tap navigation, en-route / arrived / done buttons, photos, and the customer's messages. There is also a standing "my jobs" link per unit that lists everything on their truck. Nothing to install, nothing to log into, and it works on any phone.

Yes, when the customer has agreed. Your forms collect that consent and it is recorded on every job. Texts go out automatically at the moments you choose: we got your request, which truck is coming, on the way, arrived, done, cancelled, and they carry the tracking link. They send through the platform's texting service or from your own GoHighLevel number. STOP is honoured automatically. The consent for those messages belongs to your company, not to us, and you confirm that when you switch texting on.

Yes. While a job is active the driver's page shares the truck's position, and the customer's tracking page shows it on a map, with the arrival time you set. If the customer has also shared their location, the page adds a distance-based estimate, labeled as one. You see the same map on the job. If the driver's phone stops sharing, the page says how old the last position is rather than pretending. You can switch the map off for your company at any time.

Yes, and that is the point. Log a job from the dashboard in a few taps and record where it came from (the phone, a motor club, a police rotation, private property, a dealer, a fleet or a walk-in), who is paying, and their purchase order, claim or dispatch number. Or push them in from another system through the API, or import a spreadsheet of them.

No. They tap a link and see their job. The link itself is the only key, the page is never indexed by search engines, it expires after 30 days, and you can revoke it from the job at any time. From it they can watch the truck, message the driver, cancel before the truck is on scene, rate the service, print the receipt and pay online. They never see your internal notes, your driver's number, or anybody else's job.

Receipts, yes: when a job is complete the customer's page becomes the receipt, with a print button, and the final price is recorded on the job. Card processing, no: you paste your own pay-online link (Stripe, Square, PayPal, whatever you use) and the customer pays there. We record that they opened it; the money never touches us, and neither do the fees.

There is a REST API with keys you create yourself, signed webhooks for every job event, an OpenAPI document, and a CSV import. Anything with a webhook trigger and an HTTP step, such as Zapier, Make or n8n, can drive it without code. GoHighLevel connects directly for leads, appointments and texting from your own number.

Nothing. The price is flat per site and published on the pricing page, users and drivers are unlimited, there is no setup fee and no contract, and you can cancel whenever you like. If you leave, your domain and your content go with you, every report exports to CSV, and every job can be pulled out through the API.

It does not do motor-club digital dispatch, impound and lien processing, or private-property patrol, and we will not pretend otherwise. No. There is nothing to install, nothing to host and nothing to update. The screens you work in every day - the dispatch board and the job page - are built for a phone first, because that is where dispatching actually happens.

That is the goal, and we will not promise a placement. Drivers increasingly ask an AI search tool instead of scrolling results, and those tools recommend businesses they can read: clear services, real service areas, hours and a phone number on a working website. Your site is structured so both search engines and AI search tools can read it. Nobody can guarantee a specific answer, but without a real website you are not in the running at all.

Your domain and your website content are yours and go with you. Ask us for your job records and we will get them to you. We do not hold a towing company's website or its work hostage to keep it subscribed.
