Run the shop from one screen
The call, the job, the truck, the customer and the numbers, in one place, from a phone.
For towing companies
Overview
A small towing company runs on the ninety minutes between the call and the drop. TowSitePros is built for that window: log the job while you are still on the phone, put a price and an arrival time on it, hand it to a truck, and let the platform do the telling: the driver gets the job by text, the customer gets told which truck is coming, and both can see where it is.
Nothing is re-typed. Every job, whether it came from your website, the phone on the wall, a motor club, a fleet account, the API or a spreadsheet, lands in the same queue with the same timeline.
What you get
Every job, with its source and payer
Website, phone, motor club, police rotation, private property, dealer, fleet, walk-in, API. Who is paying and their PO, claim or dispatch number, on every job, so retail work and contract work stop being one pile.
Quote and ETA before the truck rolls
Both stamped into the timeline, both shown to the customer. A rate card per service, with "from" prices you can publish on your site or keep to the office.
One-tap dispatch that hands the job off
Assign a unit and the driver gets their job link by text, the customer is told which truck is coming, and the board shows who has tapped "Got it" and when their phone last checked in. Reassign, unassign, or take it back; the history keeps every step.
Every truck on the map
While a job is active you see the unit's last position, heading and how old the fix is on the job, and when each unit last checked in on the board and the roster. Switch sharing off for the company any time.
Texts you never have to send
Pick the moments: received, assigned, on the way, arrived, done, cancelled, new ETA. Customers who agreed get each one with their tracking link. Cancellations and messages from customers come to the office phone. STOP is honoured on its own.
A timeline nobody can edit
Every status, assignment, quote, ETA, note, photo, text and customer action, appended by the database with a timestamp. Two weeks later, when somebody disputes what happened, it is all there in order.
A dashboard that tells the truth
Open jobs, jobs waiting on a reply, response time, time to scene, completion rate, cancelled and gone-on-arrival counts, money collected. Every rate shows its denominator; a number we have not measured says so.
Reports and your data, in and out
Jobs by source, payer, service and unit over the last 7, 30 or 90 days, with CSV export. A customers directory. Import your history from a spreadsheet; pull every job out through the API.
How a job runs
- 1
The call comes in
From the website it is already a job. From the phone, log it in a few taps with the quote and the ETA while the caller is still on the line.
- 2
Assign the truck
One tap. The driver is texted the job, the customer is texted which unit is coming, and you watch both the acknowledgement and the truck on the map.
- 3
The job runs itself
The driver moves the status from the roadside; each move texts the customer. When it is done the customer rates it, pays through your link, and the numbers land on the dashboard.
What it does not do
- No card processing. You paste your own pay-online link and the customer pays there; the money and the fees never touch us.
- No motor-club digital dispatch, impound and lien processing, or private-property patrol. If those run your business, keep the system that handles them and connect it through the API.
- Texts need a texting provider (the platform's, or your own GoHighLevel number) and your confirmation that the customer consent is yours to hold.
No contract, unlimited users and drivers, your domain stays yours.
